However, we understand that certain circumstances may necessitate a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Service Non-Delivery: If the agreed-upon services were not delivered within the specified time frame.
Technical Issues: If technical problems on our end prevent the successful completion of the project.
Accidental Purchase: If a service or item was purchased by mistake.
Other Situations: If we are unable to complete the work on time or do not meet your requirements.
Conditions for Refunds
- Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to ClientCare@yesassistant.com.
The request should include:
- A detailed explanation of the reasons for the refund request.
- Any supporting documentation (e.g., invoices, communication records).
- Time Frame
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the service delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Cold Calling, Telemarketing & Virtual Assistant Campaigns
The Client acknowledges and agrees that all fees paid to the Service Provider for Cold Calling, Telemarketing, and Virtual Assistant campaigns are non-refundable once the campaign has commenced. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued for services rendered or for unused time within the service cycle.
The Client acknowledges and agrees to the following refund terms regarding Cold Calling, Telemarketing, and Virtual Assistant campaigns:
No Refunds After Start of Campaign: Once a campaign has commenced, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable. This applies regardless of campaign duration, level of usage, or early termination by the Client.
30-Day Notice Requirement: Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice. In the event the Client terminates the Agreement, the Client remains fully responsible for payment of all services during the notice period. No refunds, prorated or otherwise, will be issued for unused time or services within this period.
Early Termination by Client: If the Client chooses to terminate the Agreement without providing the required thirty (30) days’ written notice, the Client shall remain liable for the full payment of the current service cycle in addition to the notice period obligation.
Service Interruptions or Pauses: In cases where the Client requests to pause or delay a campaign after it has started, fees will not be refunded or credited. The Service Provider may, at its discretion, allow rescheduling of services within the paid cycle.
Other Projects Policies
Other projects operate on a month-to-month or contractual basis, offering the flexibility to discontinue at the end of any month.
Refunds are not available for the following:
Completed Work: Any work completed and delivered to the client as per the agreed-upon specifications.
Third-Party Costs: Expenses incurred for third-party services or platforms (e.g., advertising costs, software subscriptions, other fees).
Refund Process
Submission: Send your refund request to ClientCare@yesassistant.com with all required details.
Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your refund request within 5 business days.
Review: Our team will review the request and may contact you for further information.
Decision: We will notify you of our decision within 15 business days of receiving your request.
Refund: If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the decision and issued via the original payment method.
