Yes, you will get revisions and all the final files included in your package once the design is finalized.
We will send you the print-ready files once the design is finished (use the pdf format). Then, using the print-ready pdf files, you can quickly get them printed from VistaPrint or Moo.
Yes, but you must select the standard or premium package for the design clone.

Business Card Design Process
- Our customer service department will contact you within 24 hours of your payment being finalized during business hours.
- You will be required to fill out a design questionnaire and provide the necessary files/details. You may also share some references.
- Your preferences will be taken into account by our designers. And after 1-3 business days, you will receive an initial set of business card designs (in PNG/JPG format) to review.
- Inform our customer support team of the updates and revisions, but be as specific as possible to keep the number of revisions within the project scope.
- We will make the revisions and send you the updated versions for review and proofreading.
- Once the design is finalized, you will have to tell the desired file formats like, EPS, JPG, PNG, AI, PDF and we will submit your design via email.
Business Card Design Note
- Share the logo in editable vector format as the logo is not included in packages. We will charge additional $50-$200 depending on the logo.
- If you do not have an editable logo file, we will trace the logo for you at an additional fee. The cost will be determined by the logo’s complexity.
- Turnaround time for logo creation is 1-3 business days, and for revisions, it depends on the complexity of revision requests.
- The design-service fee is non-refundable after the design ideation process is started.
- If you want the intended result, you’ll need to offer some design style references. We can assist you in determining your design preferences and requirements from the ground up. However, if you go beyond the limits of the first project, you may be charged for additional design services.
- Proofread all the information on the cards because you will be responsible for the errors because we provide a reasonable review window.
