Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Service Non-Delivery: If the agreed-upon services were not delivered within the specified time frame.
Technical Issues: If technical problems on our end prevent the successful completion of the project.
Accidental Purchase: You bought an item by mistake.
Other: If we are unable to make do the work on time. If we are unable to do the work with your requirement.
Conditions for Refunds
Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [ClientCare@yesassistant.com]. The request should include a detailed explanation of the reasons for the refund request and any supporting documentation.
Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the service delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Telemarketing & Virtual Assistant Refund Policy
- Our telemarketing campaign operates on a month-to-month contractual basis, affording you the flexibility to discontinue the campaign at the end of any given month.
- Within the span of a month, we offer the option to temporarily pause the campaign for a maximum duration of a few days.
- Please note that our telemarketing campaign is nonrefundable once the campaign starts.
- If you are working with a virtual assistant and you are not satisfied with their performance, we can provide a replacement VA for your project.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
Completed Work: Any work that has been completed and delivered to the client as per the agreed-upon specifications.
Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred for third-party services or platforms (e.g., advertising costs, software subscriptions, Dialer fees) are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Submission: Submit your refund request to ClientCare@yesassistant.com with all required details.
Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your refund request within 5 business days.
Review: Our team will review your request and may contact you for further information.
Decision: We will notify you of our decision within 15 business days of receiving your request.
Refund: If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the decision. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
