A cost per thousand finished records
This is not a range or a rate card. A finished record must include every required field, clear the agreed accuracy threshold and arrive in your required format. If it misses any of those three, we do not count it as delivered.

This shows where most of the time is being spent. Common causes include a missing field map, quality checks done by the same person who entered the data and edge cases discussed once but never documented.
